The Panel:
Ashley Dick – Filmmaker – Ashley is a filmmaker who runs Cinora, a film production company that empowers and grows film talent in Scotland by creating original, artistic and creative films. They support filmmakers and share advice, opportunities and tips on working in the UK screen industry.
Sonja Blietschau – Photography – Sonja is a photographer based in Scotland, working primarily in headshots, portraits, and unit stills. She has over 20 years of experience in photography and has worked across different photographic genres, such as events, landscapes, actors, dancers.
Marc Pye – Screenwriter, Playwright and Novelist. Marc has written for EastEnders, Holby City, Hollyoaks, The Bill & River City. He is the author of four novels. His third feature film, Dressers, is in development with Junkyard Dog Films Ltd, and he has a number of playwrights in development.
Host: Gary J Hewitt – Writer & Director- Gary is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and festival director. His feature credits include the award-winning ‘The Defender’, which was distributed on STV Player. His shorts have screened at OSCAR & BAFTA recognised festivals. He also runs The HB Film Festival and has worked as a film engagement manager and lecturer, supporting Scotland’s creative community.
