Are you feeling fed up? Fed up of non-stop bad news about warming oceans; wildfires; floods; species going extinct; the cost of living crisis; new oil licenses; racist incidents; wars or corruption?

Come and spend the weekend making a rebellious outfit from reclaimed textiles and express your feelings through creative textile practices with others who are dealing with similar feelings of despair and frustration.

Using mending, patching, repairing and sewing techniques we will make outfits which represent our love and care towards humanity and the planet. Also try your hand at block printing and screen printing protest slogans and designs, and create wearable artworks which call for change!

Taking place on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd September, you can choose to sign up to the full weekend or either the Saturday or Sunday. No sewing or printing experience necessary and all beginners and those curious to learn more are welcome.
